Solution to the Difficulties of Civil Implementation for the Construetion of a Harmonious Society

The implementation of the people＇s court decision is an important aspect of achieving justice, and it is also a necessary factor for the construction of a socialist harmonious society. However, the difficulties of civil implementation have done harm to the development of a harmonious society. Based on the reasons for the difficulties, this paper puts forward some relevant measures so as to maintain the judicial authority, fulfil the social fairness and justice, and do good to the construction of a socialist harmonious society.
