| 摘 要： | 信息不对称现象具体表现为信息主体之间信息分布不均衡,存在着信息差。普通高校学报要提高质量,必须改变办刊中“全而不强”、“杂而不精”的现状,通过特色栏目的建设,在局部形成自己的信息优势地位。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of asymmetic information lies in the unbalanced distritution of different subjects and the gap of information. To improve the quality of university journals ,we should change the current situation of ＂being comprehensive but not powerful＂ and ＂being miscellaneous but not intensive＂. We should also establish the information priority through the construction of characteristic column. |
