扑克牌自动分切机的开发研究

针对国内扑克牌生产中的印后分切、堆垛问题,大胆突破国内原有的冲压分切、人工整理堆垛的生产模式,改为圆盘刀自动分切、堆垛机构自动堆垛的流水线生产模式,研制了扑克牌自动分切机。一整张扑克牌(1副牌的54张牌按顺序印于1整张纸上)在该机上依次经过横切、纵切、输送、堆垛、摔牌、整理等工序后,变成一副按一定次序排放的扑克牌。样机在浙江的扑克牌生产厂家己投入正式生产,效果非常理想,每分钟可切牌45副。

Development of Auto-separating and Cutting Playing Card Machine

To handle the separating, cutting and stacking problems in production of playing card in China, pipelining mode involving auto separation with discal blade, auto-stacking with stacking framework was adopted distinct from traditional mode of punching separating, manual neatening and stacking. A new playing card machine was made on the basis of the above view. A whole playing card(a pair of playing cards was printed in an integrated paper) was processed orderly with steps of transverse cutting and transporting, transverse cutting, lengthwise cutting and transporting, lengthwise cutting, straight roller transporting, slanting transporting, stacking transporting, stacking, tumbling and coordinating. A pair of playing cards placed in order was obtained. The sample machine was used in a playing card plant of Zhejiang province and 30-60 pairs of playing cards were produced, as is a very satisfying index.
