快干高固体分丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂及其涂料的制备

摘    要:以脂肪酸、多元酸、多元醇等为原料,制备了高固体分、低黏度的醇酸树脂。采用酯化法对该树脂进行改性,制备了具有较高玻璃化温度、较低VOC含量的高固体分丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂及其涂料。讨论了各种因素对改性树脂和涂料性能的影响。实验结果表明:制备的快干高固体分丙烯酸醇酸涂料能在低温环境下快干,厚涂不流挂。

Abstract:A high solid and low viscosity alkyd resin was firstly synthesized using fatty acid, polybasic acid and polyhydric alcohol as raw materials. This alkyd resin was modified by esterification reaction using acrylic monomer in order to prepare acrylic modified alkyd resin and its coatings with high glass transition temperature, low VOC content and high solid. The various influencing factors on performance of the modified resin and coatings were discussed. The experimental results showed that the obtained coatings have the performance of quick-drying at low temperature and no sagging at thick coating.
