高精度电液比例阀控缸位置伺服系统控制器的设计

摘    要:设计了一种由反馈控制器和前馈控制器组成的适用于电液比例阀控缸液压位置伺服系统的控制器,前馈控制器根据动力机构的传递函数来设计,反馈控制采用了一种新型的模糊-PID控制器。试验结果显示,采用该控制器的电液比例阀控缸系统获得了较高的位移跟随精度,从而证明了本文所设计的控制器是有效的。

Abstract:A controller which is composed of a feedforward controller and a feedback controller was designed to control a electro- hydraulic proportional valve - controlled cylinder position servo system. Its feedforward controller was designed according to the transfer function of the power mechanism, and a new Fuzzy - PID controller was used for its feedback controller. The test result shows that a high position track precision was obtained by the electro - hydraulic proportional valve - controlled cylinder position servo system. Consequently it is proved that the designed controller is effective.
