| 摘 要： | 为了实现住宅小区物业管理的微机化,以Dephi和MCS51为开发工具,运用Dephi数据库接口和调用汇编语言技术、CAN总线技术、SQL Server7.0数据库管理系统设计并实现了住宅小区微机智能化软硬件管理系统,同时对实现过程中有关的技术问题进行了深入探讨.运行证明:该系统充分做到了软硬件系统互连、资源共享、分散控制、统一集中管理,同时运行稳定、可靠、安全,达到了住宅小区智能化的基本要求.

| Abstract: | In order to manage updown with computer, we develop with Dephi and Mcs51,and use Dephi database interface, assemble langusage technology, CAN Bus technology, SQL Server 7.0 database management system, to design and achieve intelligentized software and hardware management system for updown with computer, and give a detail discussion on some technology problems during the ex-ecute.The test proved, this system can achieve system-link, resource-share, sperate controll, collect management, and so on. The stabilization, credibility, safety for operation can reach the request of updown intelligence. |
