摘    要:根据某型号轮边驱动电动车的悬架特性参数,建立了该车的被动悬架和主动悬架模型,全面分析非簧载质量过大引起的垂向振动负效应,研究主动悬架解决该项问题的有效性.研究表明:大质量电动轮垂向振动负效应主要表现为车轮动载荷过大,汽车行驶安全性降低;基于线性二次最优控制理论的主动悬架对于解决垂向振动负效应效果明显.

Abstract:The passive suspension model and the active suspension models were established, the vertical negative influences induced by high unsprung mass of in-wheel motor wheel were analyzed extensively, the validity of solving the problem by means of active suspension was discussed. The results showed that the tire contact force fluctuating immensely was the main form caused by high unsprung mass of in-wheel motor wheel, active suspension based on linear quadratic control method was very limited to solve the vertical negative influences.
