摘    要:介绍了复吹转炉炉底上涨的影响因素,通过造渣工艺制度控制冶炼过程温度控制及溅渣工艺控制等技术应用,从而有效地预防了炉底上涨,使复吹转炉冶炼效果得到改善。

Abstract:The present paper introduces the effective factors that lead to rise of bottom of combined blown converter. By control of slag making rules, control of process temperature of melting and control of slag splashing rules , The rise of bottom of converter has been controlled in advance . The practical results show that all metallurgical effect for the combined blown converter melting have been improved.
