活齿端面谐波齿轮移动副受力状态的研究

摘    要:活齿端面谐波齿轮是一种新型的传动机构,可以在保留现有谐波齿轮传动所有优点的基础上,大幅度地提高所传递的功率。文中分析了活齿端面谐波齿轮传动装置中活齿与槽轮导槽移动副的受力状态,求出了单齿传动时活齿与槽轮导槽移动副单面接触受力的结构条件,为活齿端面谐波齿轮移动副的结构设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The end face harmonic gear drive of oscillating teeth was a new type of the spatial oscillating teeth transmission. Its bearing capacity had a substantial increase on the basis of preserving all merits of the common harmonic gear drive. In this paper, the stress of the shifting pair between the oscillating teeth and sheave guide groove was analyzed. Based on the single-tooth drive, the structural condition of the single-sided contact force analysis of the shifting pair between the oscillating teeth and guide groove was deduced. It provided a theoretical basis for the structural design of the shifting pair of the end harmonic gear drive of oscillating teeth.
