摘    要:针对窿9井逆掩推覆体存在的钻井技术难点,结合地层地质特点,在充分论证与室内实验研究的基础上,通过在该井试验应用空气、泡沫和雾化钻井方式,使推覆体地层的钻井速度比钻井液钻井提高4.5倍以上;同时还摸索出了注入泡沫液,解决空气钻井扭矩大、携岩困难的办法,实现了泡沫液的循环利用。为青西地区今后大幅度提高推覆体钻井速度、降低钻井成本提供了新的思路。

Abstract:A lot of laboratory researches have be done to solve the drilling problems exisent in (killing the formation of overthrust nappe structure in Well Long 9, and combined with the geologic characteristics of overthrust nappe forma tion, using air, foam and atomized drilling method made the rate of penetration increase 4.5 times than that normal drilling fluid. During air drilling, the methods of injection foam drilling fluid could solve torque and cutting carrying problems The recycling of foam fluid has been realized The test in Well Long- 9 provided a new approach to improve rate of penetration and reduce drilling cost in overthrust nappe formation in Qingxi Oilfield.
