摘    要:为了制备具有较高酯化率和抗乳化性能的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯(TMPOT),采用溶胶凝胶法制备了SO2-4/TiO2-HZSM-5固体超强酸催化剂,用于催化合成三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,探讨了酸醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度和不同种类催化剂对产物酯化率和抗乳化性能的影响.结果表明,SO2-4/TiO2-HZSM-5固体超强酸催化剂的催化活性较高.当酸醇摩尔比为3.1∶1、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的2%、反应时间为8 h、反应温度为200 ℃时,三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的酯化率高达97.6%,对产物进行抗乳化性能测试时所需的油水分离时间为5 min,且抗乳化性能较好.

Abstract:In order to fabricate the trimethylolpropane oleate(TMPOT)with higher esterification rate and emulsification resistance, the SO42-/TiO2-HZSM-5 solid superacid catalyst was prepared with the sol-gel process, and used to catalyze and synthesize the trimethylolpropane oleate. The effect of molar ratio of acid to alcohol, catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and catalyst type on the esterification rate and emulsification resistance was investigated. The experimental results show that the SO42-/TiO2-HZSM-5 solid superacid catalyst has higher catalytic activity. When the molar ratio of acid to alcohol is 3.1∶1, the catalyst dosage is 2%, the reaction time is 8 h and the reaction temperature is 200 ℃, the esterification rate of trimethylolpropane oleate is up to 97.6%. The oil-water separation time required in the emulsification resistance tests of products is 5 min, and the emulsification resistance of products is good.
