基于HCS单片机PWM的电磁离合器结合强度控制分析

摘    要:为了提高电磁离合器的接合速度和精度,分析了电磁离合器转矩传递特性及压紧力的控制特性,结合脉宽调制技术,设计了采用MC9512DT256单片机的PWM模块控制电磁离合器的励磁电流的控制系统.结果表明,该系统克服了传统电磁离合器控制电路复杂、消耗高的缺点,具有驱动电路线路简单、快速性好、线性度好、效率高等特点.

Abstract:For the purpose of improving the speed and accuracy of the bonding of electromagnetic clutch,this paper analyzes the torque transmission characteristics of an electromagnetic clutch and controlling characteristics of pressed power,and combining with PWM technology,designs a excitation current controlling system of the electromagnetic clutch that employs the PWM model control of MC9512DT256 SCM.This system overcomes the disadvantages of circuit complexity and high power consumption of traditional electromagn...
