合浦地区高铁低品级高岭土除铁试验研究

摘    要:广西合浦地区高铁低品级高岭土由于铁含量高,原矿Fe2O3+TiO2>2.5%,经淘洗后获得的-0.045mm粒级样品中的铁含量大于4%。通过试验研究表明,采用高梯度磁选、加温漂白等方法,可获得Al2O3>35%,Fe2O3<1.5%,白度大于80%的漂白精土产品。

Abstract:Because high-iron and low-grade kaolin in Hepu Guangxi is a high iron content,in the ore Fe2O3+TiO2>2.5%.After washing,in-0.045mm size fraction of the iron content of greater than 4%.Research shows that,by high gradient magnetic separation,heating bleaching methods can be obtained Al2O3>35%,Fe2O3<1.5%,greater than 80% of whiteness bleaching products.
