摘    要:文中以工业自动化应用最广泛的装配机械手作为教学实验系统的开发目标,设计了基于PLC与步进电机的四自由度教学型机械手.通过与人机界面的交互功能,可实现机械手手动及自动等的多种工作方式,为学习自动化技术提供一种开放的教学装置.

Abstract:This paper takes the assembly manipulator,with is widely applied in industrial automation as the development goal of teaching experiment system,a four-degree of freedom teaching manipulator based on PLC and step motor is designed.Through interaction with the man-machine interface,variety of work modes,such as manual and automatic,can be achieved.It provides an open teaching device for learning automation technology.
