SiC颗粒尺寸对Al2O3-SiC纳米复合陶瓷的影响

摘    要:采用非均相沉积法制备含有不同粒径SiC颗粒的Al2O3-SiC复合粉体,粉体呈Al2O3包裹SiC的开貌,经热压烧结获得致密烧结体,通过SEM观察,Al2O3基体晶粒尺寸随着加入SiC颗粒粒径的减小而减小。但减小的趋势比Zener模型预测的弱,力学性能随着加入SiC颗粒粒径的减小而得到改善,这主要同SiC颗粒对基体的弱化作用减弱及基体粒径变小有关。

Abstract:Al 2O 3 SiC composite powders including different size SiC particles were prepared by the heterogeneous precipitation method The TEM morphology of Al 2O 3 coating SiC particles was observed Dense bodies were obtained by hot pressing SEM observation showed, the Al 2O 3 matrix grain size became smaller with the addition of smaller size SiC particles, but the reduction trend was not as strong as Zener expected The mechanical properties of nanocomposites increased when the size of SiC inclusion became smaller, which was relative to smaller weakening effect of SiC particles on matrix grain and smaller matrix grain size
