铁氧体-微晶玻璃纳米复合材料的结构与性能

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶工艺首先合成了NICuZn铁氧体纳米粉末和MgO-Al2O3-SiO2(MAS)凝胶玻璃粉末,将两种粉末按一定比例均匀混合,烧结后得到了由NiCuZn铁氧体和堇青石微晶体两相共存的铁氧体一微晶玻璃纳米复合材料。该材料具有可调控的电磁性能,其起始磁导率高于3、介电常数低于6、截止频率高于2GHz,可望用作持高频多层片式电感介质材料.

Abstract:NiCuZn ferrite nanometre powder and MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 (MAS) gel powder were first synthesized by sol-gel process. Being mixed and sintered, a series of novel composites with ferrite and MAS glass-ceramic were obtained. XRD resultsrevealed that the composites have diphasic structures of NiCuZn ferrite and cordierite crystallites. No chemical reaction between two constituents during sintering was detected. The composites have tunable electric and magnetic properties with the resonant frequencies higher than 2GHz.
