| 摘 要： | 从提高数字化变电站保护系统可靠性出发,利用数字化变电站保护系统信息共享、数据传输方便的特点,提出了解决保护装置失效和互感器失效的2种技术方案,即2种保护装置故障的后备措施;共享后备保护单元SBPU(用于解决保护单元失效)和软后备SB(用于解决互感器失效).SBPU是在某保护单元工作异常或失效时,由保护管理机检测到该单元异常时启动共享备用保护单元,并下载失效对象间隔的保护定值,采集该间隔的数据,自动承担失效单元的保护功能,做到在线不停电的保护功能恢复的技术方案.SB是在某一回路的互感器失效时,可用其他回路的电流来间接获取失效回路的电流的技术方案.OPNET仿真分析了2种方案投切所需要的时间,通过信息流仿真,得到后备可靠性方案的投切时间.结果表明所提2种方案均具有可行性.
