| 枕大神经卡压症的临床研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察药物或局部封闭治疗枕大神经卡压症的疗效。方法对86例枕大神经卡压症的患者先给予药物治疗,疗效差的病例再给予封闭治疗。结果单纯药物治疗的疗效为40.7%,而局部封闭治疗的疗效为90.2%。结论枕大神经卡压症容易误诊,本组病例的误诊率为53.5%;枕大神经卡压症先给予药物治疗,疗效差者给予局部封闭治疗可以获得满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of medicines for greater occipital nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods 86 cases of GONES were treated with NSAIDs and then given block therapy for those unsatisfied result cases.Results The curative effect of cases treated with NSAIDs was 40.7% and 90.2% with block therapy for remainders with poor results.Conclusion Greater occipital nerve entrapment syndrome is easy misdiagnosed and the misdiagnosis rate is 53.5% in this studies.It would be acquired satisfied results with NSAIDs and then given block therapy for unsatisfied result cases with NSAIDs. |
