Abstract:
Methodological support for modeling the process of object recognition on the monitor display of an optoelectronic surveillance system is presented. The system functions under conditions characterized by the presence of spurious objects as well as the space-time and amplitude distortions of an image due to the object surveillance conditions at different ranges as well as the limited technical characteristics of an optoelectronic surveillance system.
