摘    要:阐述了套管节箍自动跟踪识别技术.介绍了节箍信号的特点,提出利用计算机数字信号处理技术,通过深度和幅度鉴别方法自动识别套管节箍,精确定位节箍深度,准确确定射孔作业深度.数据跟踪采集过程中,射孔采用40点/m的高采样密度,使系统纵向分辨率达到2.5 cm.当采用自动点火方式时,深度误差小于2.5 cm;若采用停车点火,系统控制点火允许误差小于10 cm.单独射孔作业每次下井均重复对比,重复误差小于4 cm.利用自动跟踪定位技术,结合计算机控制技术提高射孔作业精度、安全性和可靠性,防止误射孔发生,为油田薄油层的开采提供技术保证,现场应用效果良好.该技术已经在SL3000型数控测井系统中得到良好应用.

Abstract:Detailed is collar automatic tracing and discriminating technology and characteristics of the collar signals. With the use of computer digit signal processing technique, depth and amplitude discriminating method is used for automatically recognizing collars, accurately position the collar depth and determining the perforation depth. In data tracking and acquisition, the longitudinal resolution is up to 2. 5 cm because higher sampling density of 40 shots per meter is used. When using automatic ignition, the depth error is less than 2. 5 cm; If using shut-down ignition, the allowance error is less than 10 cm. In separate perforations, each perforation is repeatly compared, and the repeat error is less than 4 cm. This new technology ensures the perforation precision, safety and reliability, and avoids wrong perforations, thereby, providing a guarantee for thin beds production. This technology has been better used in SL3000 computerized logging system.
