硬泡聚氨酯保温施工

摘    要:论述了硬泡聚氨酯保温材料在房屋建筑工程中外墙和屋面的具体应用。外墙满涂外保温,根本解决了"热桥"问题,较聚苯板或挤塑板等板块保温材料封闭效果更好。进一步对施工工艺、质量检验标准,保温性能现场检测、环保指标,经济效益等进一步论述,并在金兰家苑住宅楼部分外墙及会所屋面保温采用硬泡聚氨酯保温,实测保温效果完全满足北京地区节能65%的要求。硬泡聚氨酯作为屋面保温防水一体化材料,闭水效果未发现任何渗漏现象,具有广泛推广使用的价值。

Abstract:It is described the detailed application of rigid-foamed PU in building construction projects for outside wall and roof surface.The problem of"thermal bridge"is solved fundamentally by full spread of the insulation material on outside wall.The obturation effect is much better than other board insulation materials like polystyrene board and extrusion plastic board.It is also expounded that the construction technique quality testing standard,local test of insulation performance,environmental protection index,economic effect,etc.Practical insulation test is also done in partial outside wall and roof of residences in Jinlan Jiayuan by application of rigid-foamed PU.The insulation effect absolutely meets the 65% energy-saving requirement of Beijing area.As an integrative material for roof insulation and waterproofing,rigid-foamed PU has not been found of any leakage and proved to be of great value for extensive application.
