| 摘 要： | 随着当代经济发展对知识资源依赖性的不断增强,知识产权资产作为知识资产中最重要的组成部分,在企业资产经营中发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。概述了知识产权资产经营的内涵和特征,分析了知识产权资产经营法律关系的特殊性,指出了知识产权资产经营过程中可能出现的风险,并提出了知识产权保护的举措。

| Abstract: | The contemporary economic development highly depends on knowledge resources, and the intellectual property, an important proportion of knowledge asset, has significant effects on enterprise property management. The connotation and characteristics of intellectual property right management are summarized, the risks that would appear during intellectual property right management are analyzed, and methods for intellectual property right protection are put forward. |
