全白土LB—1裂化催化剂制备新工艺

摘    要:研究了全白土型裂化催化剂的离子交换工艺。以稀土交换-焙烧新工艺代替原“两交两倍”工艺可以制得合格的LB-1催化剂。以化学分析、比表面积、孔体积、红外光谱、差热和XRD等方法表征了催化剂样品,以微反活性、固定流化床反应、小型提升管试验评定了催化剂的裂化性能。结果表明,新工艺制备的催化剂与原工艺产品相比,理化性能相当,裂化反应性能不低于原工艺的产品。

Abstract:LB-1 cracking catalyst is prepared from kaolin by ion exchange technique. it is characterized by chemical analysis, specific surface area, pore volume, IR, DTA, XRD, etc. and evaluated by MAT, fixed fluid bed reactor, and small riser reactor. The new catalyst has about the same physicochemical properties, as those made by conventional technology with similar cracking activity.
