锌型抗磨液压油的性能与化学组成的关系

摘    要:就锌型抗磨液压油在使用中发生的设备噪声大、压力波动;杜塞泵内有大量沉积物,部件被严重腐蚀;油品产生严重乳化的现象,从油品的化学组成和结构上讨论了油品的使用性能。表明锌型抗磨液压油的台架性能除与含锌量相关外,适量的钙存在是有利的;适量的钙盐清净分散剂可提高水解安定性和热稳定性。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomena such as big noise from the equipment, unstable pressure,deposition inside the pump shell, serious corrosion of some parts and high emulsification of the fluid in the use of zinc-containing antiwear hydraulic fluid, the relation between the performance of the fluid and its chemical composition and structure was studied. The rig test showed that the performance of the zinc-con-taining antiwear hydraulic fluid not only related to its zinc content, but also affected by calcium content.Adding a proper amount of calcium-containing detergent can increase the hydrolytic and thermal stabilities of the fluid.
