理想热耦合精馏塔及其稳态特性

摘    要:首先介绍了理想热耦合精馏塔的基本结构及其节能原理,然后推导了其动态数学模型。该数学模型不仅可用于系统动态分析,而且更适合于系统稳态仿真。通过对一个苯和甲苯二元物系的分离计算,表明了理想热耦合精馏塔可以实现常规精馏塔的功能,也证实了它应用于实际过程的可能性

Abstract:The basic structure and energy conservation principles of an ideal heat integrated distillation column are introduced and its dynamic model was derived. The model can be employed for dynamics study as well as simulation. Through simulation of a benzene and toluene binary system, it has been demonstrated that the ideal heat integrated distillation column can realize the function of conventional distillation columns, thus indicating the potential of its practical application,
