柴油机油添加剂间相互作用及活塞清净性研究

摘    要:以大庆500SN为基础油,以30号CC级柴油机油为基本体系,对T203、T106、T154和Paranox52四种添加剂在基础油中的相互作用进行了较为全面的考察。同时对1-H2台架试验的废油及试验后的活塞表面的沉积物进行了分析,结果表明,金属盐类的生成是导致活塞沉积物增加的重要因素;活塞表面沉积物中主要由硫酸盐、羧酸盐及碳酸钙构成,而与之相比,成漆板表面的沉积物中碳酸钙偏多,这可能是成漆板试验与台架结果不太相符的因素之一。

Abstract:using Daqing 500SN as the base oil, and 30 CC diesel engin oil as the basic system,the interactions of additives (T203, T106, T154, Paranox52) in base oil were investigated comprehensively. The used oil and piston deposits after 1-H2 bench test were analyzed. The results show: that the formation of metal salts is the main factor which leads to the accumulation of piston deposits; the piston deposits mainly consist of sulfates, carboxylates and calcium carbonate, however, in comparison, the corresponding deposits on panel coking test consist of more calcium carbonate than piston deposits, this may be one of the factor for non-correlation between bench testing and panel coking test.
