顺丁烯二酸酐加氢制备1,4—丁二醇的铜基催化剂的失活与再生研究

摘    要:在顺丁烯二酸酐加氢生成1,4-丁二醇的反应过程中所用的铜基催化剂是用沉淀法制备的复合金属氧化物,对该催化剂进行X射线衍射和比表面积、孔窑、孔分布及透射电镜测定,结果表明该金属氧化物催化剂的失活主要是由于Cu烧结而引起的含Cu和含Cr二相分离所致,催化剂表面重质物附着是失活的另一个重要原因,采用氧化-还原法或醇洗法可恢复催化剂活性。

Abstract:The copper-based catalyst for the preparation of 1,4-butanediol from hydrogenation of maleic anhydride was a complex metal oxide. The analytical methods, such as pore volume, pore distribution and TEM were used to study the deactivation of the catalyst. It is concluded that the deactivation of the catalyst was caused by tarry materials deposition and the copper sintering which resulted the separation of copper bearing phase and chrome bearing phase. The catalyst activity can be recovered by oxidation-reduction or alcohol washing.
