催化裂化轻汽油醚化新工艺研究

摘    要:研究了催化裂化轻汽油预处理及深度醚化工艺。结果表明,经过预处理,碱性氮脱除率可达80%以上,二烯烃脱除率达90%以上,叔碳烯烃收率接近100%。原料经预处理后,醚化催化剂寿命大大延长。经过深度醚化,叔碳烯烃总转化率达70%以上,催化裂化全馏程汽油的研究法辛烷值提高2.1个单位,蒸气压下降10.8kPa,烯烃含量减少9.36个百分点,含氧量达2.0%。

Abstract:The technology of pretreatment and two stage etherification for light FCC gasoline was investigated. After pretreatment, the removal rate of basic nitrogen and dienes was more than 80%and 90% respectively; the yield of the tertiary carbon olefins was near 100%: the lifetime of the etherification catalyst was remarkably extended; and the properties of the light FCC gasoline were improved. The total conversion of the tertiary carbon olefins exceeded 70%. The research octane number of the whole range FCC gasoline increased by 2. 1 unitsl its vapor pressure decreased by 10. 8 kPa; the olefin content decreased by 9. 36%; and the oxygen content amounted to 2. 0%.
