新型汽提式粗旋风分离系统的研究

摘    要:在目前常用的提升管出口粗旋风分离器的锥体下都增加一个汽提器,形成了新型汽提式粗旋风分离系统。通过汽提器的特殊结构布置,减少了反应后油气的向下返混,并最大限度地降低了汽提对粗族分离效率的影响,使引入汽提后的分离效率仍可保持在99%以上。采用特殊设计的气体引出方式,大大缩短了油气在沉降器内的平均停留时间。

Abstract:A new rough cyclone separation system was designed by attaching a stripper to the cone bottom of the conventional rough cyclone separator. Through a special arrangement of baffles in the stripper, the down flow back mixing of oil gases is reduced, and the influence of stripping gas on the separation efficiency is minimized. More than 99% of separation efficiency can still be achieved. The average residence time of oil gases in the disengager is also shortened by adding an unique device for gas withdrawl.
