| 摘 要： | 2 提铁降硅工艺流程的特点2 1 对原矿的适应性更强鞍山矿业公司所属的处理红铁矿的齐大山选矿厂和东鞍山烧结厂改造后的工艺流程对原矿的适应性更强 ,这是两个选矿厂铁精矿提铁降硅工艺流程改造的重要特点之一。东鞍山铁矿石具有矿物组成复杂、嵌布粒度细、结构构造复杂、硬度差异大的特征 ;齐大山铁矿石矿物组成较为复杂且具有精细不均匀嵌布 ,适于阶段磨选工艺流程的特征。两个铁矿山在开采的过程中FeO的变化均较大。实施改造后 ,使工艺流程本身对两个铁矿山的铁矿石在选别上更加适应。1 )齐大山选矿厂改造后和东鞍山烧结厂工业试验的…

| Abstract: | Taking 3 large dressing plants of Anshan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd.as example,the old dressing processes and their parameters and the new technologies to raise iron content and reduce silicon content in iron ore concentrate,their parameters and research procedures are described.Facing heavy market competition,promotion of adopting advanced technology to raise concentrate quality is of great importance for every dressing plant. |
