摘    要:脉冲涡流检测技术已成功应用于带包覆层容器和管道壁厚检测。然而,由于铁磁性材料脉冲涡流检测机理的复杂性,目前缺乏对检测信号影响因素的有效分析方法。首先利用有限元仿真方法建立了脉冲涡流检测模型,并用试验验证了模型的正确性;然后研究了重复频率、占空比及边沿斜率等激励参数对检测信号的影响,为脉冲涡流检测激励模式的选择提供参考;最后分析了试件电磁参数对检测信号的影响,为脉冲涡流检测结果的解释提供依据。
