| Abstract: | The construction process of ultra large-scale thermal power plant in new age has to experience a long term which includes multiple phases from earlier preparation project approval,design and construction,installation and commissioning,to trial operation and formally putting into operation.The production preparation must be clear,fast, operable,practical and effective,to realize the seamless connection and the smooth transition of the capital construction and the production. |
