| 摘 要： | 针对电力线路停电检修工作技术措施,简要分析了停电、验电、挂接地线必要性,目的是规范接地线管理工作,克服种种弊端和不足,按《安规》要求正确使用短路接地线,以严谨的态度来对待接地线工作,形成标准化、科学化、规范化,切实保证电力生产安全。
