| 摘 要： | 随着我国电力事业的高速发展,500 kV超高压输电网络已成为国家电网的主网架。开展500 kV超高压输电线路带电作业,以确保500 kV电网系统安全可靠、稳定运行,是实现国网公司"一强三优"战略目标的客观要求。因此建设500 kV线路带电作业实训基地,籍此研究500 kV线路带电作业检修的新技术、新方法、新材料、新工艺,推广500 kV线路带电作业检修技术,进而提高线路带电作业检修人员的理论水平和操作技能,对推动国家电网500 kV线路带电作业的快速发展、提高500 kV线路安全可靠、稳定运行具有重要的现实意义。建设500 kV线路带电作业实训基地,也为将来研究和开展750 kV准特高压和±800 kV、1000 kV特高压输电线路的带电作业积累和储备丰富的技术、实践经验。
