| 摘 要： | 城乡配电网建设与改造工程作为重要的基础建设项目,是国家扩大内需投资的重要领域之一,但在城乡配电网建设中长期存在工程造价标准不一、"弹性"较大的情况。新的《20 kV及以下配电网工程预算定额及费用计算标准》统一规范了全国城乡配电网工程造价的计价标准,为准确体现工程的实际投资创造了条件,与以往的电力工程定额相比,在定额的完整性、科学性上有了长足进步,但也存在一些不足和缺陷。笔者就定额颁布4个月以来的使用情况进行了简要分析。
