| 摘 要： | 金湾发电厂#4机组湿法烟气脱硫系统配置了两台氧化风机,投入运行两年后,#4-1氧化风机从动轴断裂。本文详细介绍了风机断轴前后的具体情况,并对断轴原因进行了深入分析。分析表明,#4-1氧化风机断轴的原因是轴的使用材料不符合要求;滤网碎片掉入缸体,风机间隙突变;风机运行负荷大,运行温度高。
