镀锌钝化概述

摘    要:阐述了镀锌层钝化的重要性.总结了各种六价铬钝化工艺,包括高铬钝化、中铬钝化、低铬钝化、超低铬钝化,银白色钝化、低铬黑钝化、超低铬蓝白钝化.指出了六价铬深蓝色钝化、军绿色钝化和金黄色钝化的注意事项,以及三价铬钝化所存在的问题.钝化后作封闭处理可提高耐蚀性和结合力.烘干老化则是钝化必要的工序.

Abstract:The importance of passivation for zinc plating was expatiated. The hexavalent chromium passivation processes were summarized, including high-chromium passivation, low-chromium passivation, intermediate-chromium passivation ultralow-chromium passivation, silvery white passivation, low-chromium black passivation, and ultralow- chromium bluish white passivation. Some points for attention of hexavalent chromium passivation forming dark blue, olive drab, and golden yellow colors, as well as some problems of trivalent chromium passivation were pointed out. Sealing after passivation can improve corrosion resistance and adhesion. Drying/aging is a necessary procedure for passivation.
