摘 要: | 近几年由于全国电煤供应紧张,胜利发电厂入厂煤质量有所下降,原煤中杂物增多,该厂1025t/h锅炉的直吹式制粉系统时常发生堵塞现象,造成锅炉燃烧不稳定,飞灰可燃物升高。本文通过分析直吹式制粉系统堵塞原因,制定并实施了改进方案,保障了锅炉安全稳定和经济运行。

Abstract: | In recent years,due to the tension in coal supply,the grade of as-received coal in Shengli Power Plant was descended;the sundries in raw coal were increased.The direct firing pulverizing system of 1025t/h boiler in the Plant was often blocked,and this caused the combustion instability and the increasing of combustible matter in fly ash.The blockage reason of the direct-fired system was analyzed in this paper,and an improvement scheme was determined and implemented.The safe,stable and economical operation of... |
