摘    要:近几年由于全国电煤供应紧张,胜利发电厂入厂煤质量有所下降,原煤中杂物增多,该厂1025t/h锅炉的直吹式制粉系统时常发生堵塞现象,造成锅炉燃烧不稳定,飞灰可燃物升高。本文通过分析直吹式制粉系统堵塞原因,制定并实施了改进方案,保障了锅炉安全稳定和经济运行。
