| 摘 要： | 本文对圆柱分度凸轮机械在分度期的啮合区域作了详尽啮合区域分析，进而对圆柱凸轮轮廓进行了修正设计，使传动特性好的轮廓区段起主要啮合使用、传特性较差的轮廓区段只起几何封闭作用。从而减小机构在运动中的冲击、振动和磨损，改善机构的啮合特性。

| Abstract: | A. meshing region analysis on the barrel eam indexing mechanism in indexing period iscompleted, and then the profile modification is advanced This makes the principal meshingfunction beared by the profile with fine driving characteristic and the geometry closing functionbeared by the profile with bed driving characteristic. So the shock, vibration, wear and tearare deduced, and the meshing performance is highly improved' |
