| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于AT89C52单片机的涡流管控制系统的设计，包括系统硬件和软件的设计。在系统中，对单片机编程实现了四相步进电机的转向及定位控制，再由步进电机驱动涡流管热端阀改变其开度，从而达到控制涡流管冷流率及出口温度的目的。

| Abstract: | Both the hardware and the software design of the MCU AT89C52-hased control system of the vortex tube is discussed in this paper. In this system,a MCU is used to control the turning and positioning of the stepping motor. The stepping motor then turns the valve on the hot end of the vortex tube to control the cold flow fraction and outflow temperature of the vortex tube. |
