Discussion of Corporate Culture Construction in Private Hi-Tech Enterprises

Private hi-tech enterprises,the important components of the national economy of our country,are taking on a prosperous development trend.However,the construction of their corporate cultures is commonly neglected because of their first consideration on the technology innovation,which will exert hinderance to the further development of these enterprises.This paper,based on the discussion of significance of the corporate cultures,proposes some thinkings and suggestions of the ways of constructing corporate culture in private hi-tech enterprises.
