摘    要:放射性核素心血管显象是一种无创性心功能检查,能较客观地测定心功能的各项参数和观察室壁活动,已在临床广泛应用。本文报道5例应用频率程控起搏器患者在不同频率下用放射性核素心血管显像测得的左室喷血分数(EF)及室壁活动情况,以决定其最合适的起搏频率。现将观察结果报导如下。

Abstract:Radionuclide angiography is a non-invasive detection of cardiac functions. This paper described five cases of patients using frequency-programed pacer. LVEF and ventricular wall motion were detected by radionuclide angiography in different frequency. It is helpful in choosing the frequency to meet the physiological requirements for improving the dynamic of blood flow. This method can also be served as a index of monitering cardiac function of pacer-using patients.
