草砖建筑墙体的新材料——棉花秸秆应用研究

新疆是我国的产棉大省，每年有大量的废弃棉花秸秆被焚烧或掩埋。研究了以棉花秸秆为原料，加工制成草砖，作为新疆抗震安居住房的墙体材料。在此基础上分析了棉花秸秆草砖建房的优点，不仅增加农村住房工程墙体的新材料和新结构型式，使棉花秸杆得到重新利用，减轻农民建房的经济负担。因此，这种新型材料是一种具有较好的理论研究意义和应用推广前景。

NEW MATERIAL IN THE STRAW BALE BUILDING WALL-APPLICATION RESEARCH OF THE COTTON STALK BALE

Xingjiang, a large province in producing cotton, every year there were a large number of abandoned cotton stalks which have been burned or buried. In this paper, we study a new wall material in Xingjiang Seismic housing which is using cotton stalks as raw material to make into straw bales. On this basis, we analysed the advantages of cotton straw bale buildings. Results not only increase new wall materials and new structure pattern of rural dwelling project and reuse the abandoned cotton stalks, but also lessen to a large extent the economic burden of rural dwelling construction. Thus, this new material is a fundamental research subject with good theoretical research sense and application prospect.
