摘 要: | 为研究HRB400级钢筋的应用效益,针对同一高层住宅工程,分别设计HRB335级和HRB400级钢筋作为受力主筋两种设计方案。针对两种方案分别逐次分析各个构件的钢筋用量,并形成各自预算价。发现第二种方案可以节约钢筋11%,但各类构件节约比例有较大差别,由承载力极限状态确定配筋的构件(基础、梁、板等)节约效益明显;而由最小配筋率控制的竖向承重构件(柱、剪力墙等)和构造配筋构件效益不明显。从造价上看,在高层住宅中应用HRB400级钢筋总造价降低约2.5%。另外,采用高强钢筋也是提高结构可靠度的有力措施,推广应用高强钢筋具有重要的节能环保效益。

Abstract: | In order to evaluate the benefit of HRB400 reinforcement steel application, two designing schemes are put forward, one with HRB335 and the other with HRB400 serving as main reinforcement respectively. Then the steel amount in every single member is calculated in detail in the two schemes, and two copies of cost analysis reports are obtained. It reveals that the application of HRB400 reinforcement will reduce the amount of steel at about 11%, and deferent reduction magnitudes are found in deferent members. For foundations, beams and slabs, the decrease is significant; and for columns and shear- walls, the effect is not so obvious. When HRB400 reinforcement is employed, the total cost will reduce at about 2.5%. For the more, the application of HRB400 will lead to sound structure reliability. In addition, the application of HRB400 will bring significant environment effect and reduce the energy consumption. |
