大体积混凝土裂缝控制技术研究

摘    要:大体积混凝土结构裂缝产生的原因很多,大体积混凝土施上过程中,通过对原材料的选用、配合比的确定、混凝土内部及表面的测温、降温和保养等几个方面的监控,可将大体积混凝土的内外温差控制在规范允许范围之内,避免混凝土温度裂缝的产生。实践证明,工程实例所采用的技术措施成功的控制了裂缝的产生,对同类工程有一定的借鉴意义。

STUDY ON CRACK CONTROL MASSIVE CONCRETE

Abstract:There are many reasons which cause a lot of cracks in massive concrete structure. The material, the material mixture ratio, the measuring and lowing the temperature inside and outside of the concrete, and the concrete maintenance etc are important to the control of the inside and outside temperature of mass concrete within the range of the specification design, so that to avoid temperature crack. Research results showed that the sharp change of air temperature have a great influence on crack - control. The technological measures took in the project are very successful.
