不同破碎方式下产品磨矿动力学方程的对比研究

摘    要:对西藏墨竹工卡邦铺钼铜矿石进行了高压辊磨和传统破碎,然后对两种产品进行了分批磨矿试验,应用MATLAB 7.1的曲线拟合方法更为准确地建立了邦铺钼铜矿石高压辊磨产品和传统破碎产品的磨矿动力学方程。结果表明:应用MATLAB 7.1的曲线拟合方法对磨矿动力学参数k(d)和m(d)拟合出的最佳拟合函数的相关系数R2都大于指数拟合函数的相关系数,最佳拟合函数的拟合效果好于指数拟合函数的拟合效果,对磨矿动力学参数k(d)和m(d)应用最佳拟合函数建立的磨矿动力学方程更加准确。

Abstract:Molybdenum-Copper ore from Bangpu, Mozhugongka County, Tibet was crushed by high pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) and jaw crusher, and batch grinding test of the crushed product from different crushing processes was carried out. The grinding Kinetics equation of the crushed product from different crushing processes was more accurately established by curve fitting method used MATLAB7.1. The results showed that, all correlation coefficients (R2) of the best fitting function are greater than the correlation coefficients of the exponential fitting function when curve fitting for grinding kinetic parameters k(d) and m(d) using MATLAB7.1, so the fitting effect of the best fitting function are better than the exponential fitting function. Grinding kinetics equation established by the best fitting function when curve fitting for grinding kinetic parameters k(d) and m(d) is more accurate than that by the exponential fitting function.
