复合电沉积铜-石墨工艺的研究

摘    要:在石墨粉经硝酸粗化、蒸馏水洗涤、烘干等处理,并均匀分散的电镀液中,进行复合电沉积,再经热处理、冷却制备铜一石墨复合材料.通过SEM、布氏硬度、电导率、拉伸及摩擦磨损性能的测试分析表明:在该工艺条件下制备的电沉积铜-石墨复合材料具有良好的导电性、自润滑性反摩擦磨损性能.

Abstract:The composite Cu-graphite material was prepared by electrodeposition using stainless steel sheet as cathode,home-made phosphor copper sheet as anode in an electroplating solution,in which graphite,after nitric acid coarsening,distilled water scrubbing and drying,is uniformly dispersed,and then by heating and cooling treatment.The performance tests and analyses of SEM,Brinell hardness,electric conductivity,stretching,friction and wear show that the electrodeposited composite Cu-graphite material prepared by ...
