摘    要:通过磨盘型力化学反应器制备PP/废旧橡胶(WTR)复合粉体,然后与SKS共混制备PP/WTR/SBS复合材料。研究了材料的力学性能、微观结构和共混物的加工性质。结果表明:当SBS添加量在20%~25%时,PP/WTR/SBS复合材料的力学性能较PP/WTR有了很大的提高,当SBS用量为25%时,断裂伸长率提高了365%,冲击强度提高了73.2%,而体系的拉伸强度基本不变。复合材料冲击断面的形貌和复合体系流变性能研究结果表明:磨盘碾磨可有效改善各组分间的混合性能,提高相容性并有效改善材料的加工性能。

Study on the Preparation and Mechanical Properties of Polypropylene/Waste Tire Rubber/SBS Blends
Abstract:Composite powder of polypropylene (PP) and waste tire rubber (WTR) was first prepared using a pan-mill pulverizing equipment, which was further blended with styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer (SBS) to generate PP/WTR/SBS blends. Mechanical properties, microstructure and processing properties of the blends were investigated. The results showed that the mechanical properties of PP/WTR blends were greatly improved by introducing SBS. When the content of SBS was 25 wt%, the Izod notched impact strength and elongation at break were increased by 73.2 % and 365 %, respectively, with little decrease in the tensile strength. SEM observation of the fractured surfaces indicated a fine dispersion of the components. The rheological measurements showed the PP/WTR/SBS blends possessed a good processability.
