矿用电机车蓄电池电源箱有限元分析

摘    要:因工作条件和使用环境的苛刻性,对矿用电机车蓄电池电源箱的密封性能和应力分布进行了有限元分析.基于ANSYS,讨论了预紧变形对电源箱内应力分布以及电源箱箱体与盖板之间缝隙量的影响规律.计算结果表明:随着预紧变形量的变大,电源箱连接螺栓处的内应力明显增加;而箱体和盖板之间内侧的缝隙量也得到了降低.

Abstract:As for the mining electric locomotive storage battery power box working in harsh environment, the sealing and stresses distribution of the storage battery power box are analyzed. Based on ANSYS, the influence on the gap between the box cover and the box body caused by the pre-displacement is discussed. Numerical results show that with the increasing of the pre-displacement, the inner stresses in the bolt increases obviously, and the gap decreases.
