燃气轮机滚动轴承滚动体磨损故障分析研究

摘    要:通过建立轴承特征频率方程,计算得到滚动体故障频率、内滚道故障特征频率、外滚道故障特征频率、保持架故障特征频率,并通过理论分析得到滚珠直径磨损量对滚动体故障频率影响规律,通过试验对比验证了分析的正确性.

Wear Fault Analysis on Frequency Spectrum of Gas Turbine Bearing Rolling Element

Abstract:Rolling element fauh characteristic frequency, inner raceway fault characteristic frequency, outer raceway fault characteristic frequency and cage fault characteristic frequency,are obtained by the bearing characteristic frequency equation. Ball diameter wear of the fault frequency influence rule is obtained by theoretical analysis. The theoretical analysis correctness is verified by experiment comparison.
